Welthy was founded to change that. In 2026, José Sánchez-Robles de las Rivas and Mariano Alday Bonanno — NYU Stern MBAs with backgrounds at J.P. Morgan and Boston Consulting Group — left their roles to build an investment firm around a single idea: long-term investors should be able to stay invested.

Based in Miami, Welthy Advisers, LLC is an SEC-registered investment adviser and the adviser to the Welthy U.S. Market Challenger Fund, a series of Trailmark Series Trust.

José Sánchez-Robles de las Rivas

José Sánchez-Robles de las Rivas

Co-Founder, Managing Member & Portfolio Manager

José began his career at BBVA Corporate & Investment Banking in Madrid, where he spent five years in syndicated loans and as an Equity and Derivatives Trader on the Global Markets desk. He then joined J.P. Morgan's Investment Banking division in New York, where he received multiple awards. MBA from NYU Stern, attended as a Rafael del Pino Foundation scholar, where he was recognized for academic excellence and served as President of the LatAm Business Association. He holds the FINRA Series 79 and SIE and the NASAA Series 63.

Mariano Alday Bonanno

Mariano Alday Bonanno

Co-Founder, Managing Member & Chief Compliance Officer

Mariano spent his consulting career at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), working with leading institutions across the financial services industry on strategy and growth. Before Welthy, he founded an online credit fintech, building a lending business from the ground up. Engineer; MBA from NYU Stern, where he was Co-President of the Fintech Association. A former professional athlete, he brings the same discipline and long-term focus to investing.
